About Us
Essential Sales Products (ESP) are based in South West London and
started trading in April 2000. We are probably the only point of sale
company operating in London. Two of our directors have over 25 years
experience in the point of sale industry and have used their invaluable
experience to make us one of the UK's leading Point of Sale Accessory
suppliers over the past few years.
We believe that the secret to our success is that every customer, large or small,
is important and to prove it we do not impose a minimum order value for online sales.
Everyone is welcome to place an order irrespective of its value and you'll also find
that the price of delivery is extremely reasonable as it only covers the cost of packaging
and delivery; you can also collect if you like but there is a small standard packing charge.
If you wish to collect please allow plenty of time between placing your order and collection.
A belief in customer service means that on the rare occasions when things do go wrong,
we will make every effort to put things right. When you deal with ESP you'll find
that our staff are efficient and friendly whether you contact us by email or telephone.
As well as great customer service we are confident that we can usually deliver your
order next day if required. We can do this because we hold massive stocks in our warehouses
and only use national carriers who rarely let us down.
Most of our products are manufactured in the UK or EU so we don't have to go far
to re-stock and we also try to make sure we support local manufacturers whenever possible.
We can also manufacture bespoke acrylic products to order - just give us a call and
let us know what you need.
