Q. Do you have a printed mail order catalogue?
A.We don't have any plans to produce a catalogue at the moment. See our Catalogue page for more information.
Q. Is there a minimum order value?
A. Our minimum telephone order value is £50 excluding VAT and carriage, however if you order online there is no minimum order value.
Q. What are the benefits of on-line ordering?
A. If you order on-line, there is no minimum order value - you can order as much as you want and packing and carriage charges are £2 cheaper than if you place an order with our sales team in the office.
Q. How do I pay for my order?
A. You can pay by credit or debit card (except American Express). For second and subsequent orders you can apply for a credit account if you wish.
Q. What if I need next day delivery on my order?
A. We can usually deliver next day if your order is placed before 3pm.There will be a £2 supplement on the carriage charge - simply tick the next day option for delivery before checking out.
Q. How do I get more details about a product?

Q. Can you make products in acrylic to my specific requirements?
A. Yes we can do that. Please ring us for further details on 020 8946 3979 or e-mail details of your requirements to email@example.com.

A. Yes you can open an account by completing an account application form which is available on the website or can be obtained by sending us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.

Q. Is this website secure?
A. Yes. All credit transactions occur in a secure area of our site, to protect you from any loss, misuse or alteration of information collected by us, so you can buy online from esp with confidence.
Q. Is my financial information safe?
A. Yes we use Secure Socket Layers (SSL) this is the industry standard. The SSL encrypts your order information into a highly indecipherable code, which is processed immediately so your credit/debit card details can not be intercepted or used.
Once you have finished adding products to your basket and you click the "checkout button", you will move into the secure area of our site. You will remain in this secure zone for the entire checkout process.
Q. How can you tell if you are in a secure area on a website?
A. The page address (URL in the address window at the top of your browser) will change from http to https, at this point you have entered a secure area.
The browser also displays a key or a closed lock to notify you that you are in a secure area - this is in different places in different browsers.
